Important Note: Admission to Willow Oak Montessori Children’s House will NOT result in any preference to obtain a seat in the Public Charter school. All applicants to the Charter school program MUST participate in the lottery if the number of applicants exceeds the available seats for a given grade.

Note: We are fully enrolled for both full-day and half-day preschool for the 2024-25 year.
Anyone applying for a preschool spot will be placed in our Waiting Pool and contacted if a spot opens up.
2025-26 preschool applications will open to new families beginning on Feb. 17, 2025.
Tour Our School
The admissions process for Willow Oak Montessori Children's House may begin with attending one of our Open Houses to learn more about our program or by attending a School Tour. Open Houses and School Tours are designed to acquaint parents of prospective students with the mission of the school, the Montessori philosophy, and its implementation in the classroom. Contact us to schedule a tour or to determine if there is an Open House scheduled.
Application and Required New Student Questionnaire
Households are required to complete the New Student Questionnaire, this is an opportunity for us to get to know your child. We ask that you provide clear and candid information. The form and a completed admissions application are required for a student to be considered for admission. When you apply, we will send you the link to fill out the questionnaire.
Application and Enrollment Fees
When you have decided to join our community, you will complete the online enrollment process through the secure TADS website. You will have 14 days to secure your spot once you have received your admission confirmation.
Applicants with special needs or family members of applicants requiring any type of accommodation during the admissions process are encouraged to indicate what type of accommodation is needed.

$75 application fee (non-refundable)
One-time joining fee of $400 per student
10% Security deposit - this is applied to your monthly tuition
Annual Tuition and Fees
Tuition amounts for the 2024-2025 school year:
Full-Day Preschool (8:30am - 3:00pm) Waiting Pool only at this time
$12,000.00 per year or $1,200.00 per month (10 months)
Half-Day Preschool (8:30am - 11:45am) Waiting Pool only at this time
$9,000.00 per year or $900.00 per month (10 months)
Tuition Payment Details
Tuition payments are due in 10 monthly installments July through May with no payment in February. We offer a break in February since that is re-enrollment time. Tuition is paid one month in advance, 1/10th of the security deposit is applied to the account each month until tuition is paid in full for the year.

Financial Aid
Financial aid scholarships available (limited, based on availability).
$45 TADS processing fee to apply for financial aid (applied to tuition).
Financial aid recommendations are made by an independent, third-party financial aid firm.
